Working Out

So, I've been working out everyday and it feels... SORE, but GREAT!! This is what I usually do...

Zumba for about an hour.
Crunches, push ups, lunges, and squats. I don't really have any idea how long that takes.
Weight Lifting.

If I don't do Zumba, I do Tae Bo. :)

You all should check out Zumba though. It's loads of fun and a great work out.

I was so sore yesterday that I was thinking about not working out today, but I got my ass up and did it. I'm glad I did... I'll go more into detail about this in my next video though...

Remember:
NO PAIN, NO GAIN.

On another note... I'm having some serious problems with my bf. I don't have any clue how long this is going to last. We circle around the same thing all the time. We've been together for a little over a year... People always seem to run into problems around their one year mark... What is up with this??

Also, go some catalogs from this theatre school. I've always wanted to attend The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute... When I was a senior in high school I went to the school and interviewed and everything. I got accepted and was planning on going during the summer, but I got news that I was moving to CT... So.. I was crushed. When everyone in high school was worrying about college, I was dreaming of going to The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. SO. Hopefully I will be able to go there someday...

Hey, so I just wanted to get on here and mention I am part of The Weight Loss Diaries on YouTube. Also, I weighed in today at 219. What?! I have no idea what is going on. I have been watching my calorie intake... Maybe it's cause I'm on my period. We'll see in a few days, I guess.

I made a new work out schedule! You can see it in my video. I will probably be updating my other channel on a different day. I'm really not sure yet. Okay. Wellll. I better go!!!! Oh! AND EAT BREAKFAST! ITS GOOD FOR YOU.

Hello!

Hello there!

Welcome to my blog... I haven't kept a blog in a while, so bear with me... I ramble on about the most random things. Mainly I will be talking about my weight loss on here, but I will probably use it for updates on whatever is going on with my life.

So, here is a little introduction:

I just turned 23 on October 8th. I live in Connecticut. I've been here for about five years... 5 1/2 actually. I used to hate it here, but I kinda like it now. I love to read, write, watch movies and tv... I'm a big dork. When people from high school find me on myspace or something, they always ask 'Do you still like Buffy the Vampire Slayer??' Yes. I do. :p How great is to be known as 'that buffy girl'. Anyway, I'm currently not working. I probably will be early next year. Yeah, some shit happened at the store I was working at... Well, my asshole of a cousin decided to sell it. So, yes I am jobless. What else...? I'm in a relationship. I won't mention his name for his privacy, so let's just call him Edward. Damn!! I just wrote a bunch of stuff and it got deleted!

When I started my weight loss journey I was 265 Lbs. That was back in October of 2007. I am now 217.8!!! I think I have been doing a pretty good job. I have never been this successful at weight loss before! I still have a ways to go. I would like to be 125 Lbs, but I'm not really sure. I'm just going to lose until I feel like I am a good size. It might actually be around 135 - 145. :)
